No-3 The all sentences

ある保育園ほいくえんで、子供こどもを迎えに来るのに遅れる親おやがいました。：　
"In a certain daycare, there were parents who were late to pick up their children."

保育園ほいくえんは遅れた親おやから罰金ばっきんを取ることにしました。：　
"The daycare decided to impose fines on parents who were late."

でも、結果けっかは予想よそうに反して、遅れる親おやが増え、さらに遅く来るようになったのです。：　
"However, contrary to expectations, the number of late parents increased, and they started coming even later."

遅れる親おやは、「お金を払うから、遅れてもいい」また「どんなに遅れても払う金額きんがくは同じだから急いそがなくてもいい」と思おもうようになったのです。：　
"The late parents began to think, 'Since I'm paying, it's okay to be late,' and 'No matter how late I am, the amount to pay is the same, so there's no need to hurry.'"

罰金ばっきん制度せいどは、親おやを早はやく来こさせることを意図いとしていましたが、結果的けっかてきには逆効果ぎゃくこうかとなったのです。：　
"The intention of the fine system was to make parents come earlier, but it ended up being counterproductive."
