医者いしゃ：どのような症状しょうじょうがありますか？
(Doctor: What kind of symptoms do you have?)

患者かんじゃ：こんにちは。頭あたまが痛いたいです。そして、喉のども痛いたいです。
(Patient: Hello. My head hurts. Also, my throat hurts.)

医者いしゃ：それは良よくないですね。風邪かぜのようです。他にも何か症状しょうじょうはありますか？例たとえば、鼻水はなみずや咳せきはありますか？
(Doctor: That's not good. It seems like a cold. Do you have any other symptoms? For instance, do you have a runny nose or a cough?)

患者かんじゃ：はい、鼻水はなみずがでます。でも、咳せきはありません。
(Patient: Yes, I have a runny nose. But, I don't have a cough.)

医者いしゃ：分わかりました。体温たいおんは測はかりましたか？
(Doctor: I see. Have you taken your temperature?)

患者かんじゃ：はい、37.5度どありました。
(Patient: Yes, it was 37.5 degrees.)

医者いしゃ：37.5度どですか。それならば、軽かるい発熱はつねつがありますね。風邪かぜの可能性かのうせいが高いです。
(Doctor: 37.5 degrees, huh. In that case, you have a slight fever. It's highly likely that you have a cold.)

医者いしゃ：休息きゅうそくをとって、水分すいぶんをたくさん摂とるよう心掛こころがけてください。そして、これから風邪薬かぜぐすりを処方しょほうしますので、薬局やっきょくで薬くすりを受うけ取とってください。1日にち3回かい、食後しょくごに服用ふくようしてください。
(Doctor: Please get plenty of rest and make sure to stay hydrated. Next, I will prescribe you some cold medicine, so please pick it up at the pharmacy. Take it three times a day, after meals.)

患者かんじゃ：はい、分わかりました。ありがとうございます。
(Patient: Yes, I understand. Thank you.)

医者いしゃ：お大事だいじに。また何かあれば、遠慮えんりょなくご相談そうだんください。
